Years ago, Abby Theisen was involved in a serious car accident. Her C-1, C-4 and C-6 vertebrae were fractured and her C-5 vertebra crushed.
The accident left Abby paralyzed below her shoulders.

And now she’s in need of a new van to get around. Her current van is at the point of being beyond repair and is limping along. The costs for upkeep at this point are no longer worth it.
Unfortunately, the state will only provide transportation to and from medical appointments on their schedule.
