Is 2020 the Worst. Year. Ever?
Possibly.
We’ve had Australian wildfires, almost went to war with Iran, the Covid, the Murder Hornets, and countless other things that could certainly make 2020 top of the list.
But, according to historians, the unanimous choice for the Worst. Year. EVER. goes to 536 AD.
There was a dense fog that left most of Europe & the Middle East in darkness for 24 hours a day for TWO years!!!
YIKES.
The ensuing climate change resulted in famine, which of course led to economic disaster, followed by an outbreak of the Bubonic plague.
Sounds like it’s definitely got 2020 beat.
