And not just your own!
According to the “research”, “….smelling farts could help with heart disease, diabetes, and even arthritis. The stinkier the better. The scientists say the risk of cancer, heart attacks, and strokes can be reduced by simply farting….”
So the next time you rip a big juicy one in the store or at church, just tell them you’re being mindful of your health!
