Monday Morning Throwback – Farts are healthy!

Back in 2016, there was some #Science out of England about how farts are healthy.

And not just your own!

According to the “research”, “….smelling farts could help with heart disease, diabetes, and even arthritis. The stinkier the better. The scientists say the risk of  cancer, heart attacks, and strokes can be reduced by simply farting….”

Who knew?

So the next time you rip a big juicy one in the store or at church, just tell them you’re being mindful of your health!
