There’s all sorts of different yoga out there now.
You’ve got the regular stuff, which I’ve done.
I farted. A LOT. More than I usually do.
Then you’ve got the hot yoga where they crank up the heat so you sweat more. And you probably fart more.
There’s goat yoga, where you get all bendy and flexible with cute little baby goats jumping around and making cute little goat noises.
Hell, there’s even RAGE YOGA! Which actually might be up my alley. You yell & scream and swear! Plus, BEER!
But this new kinda yoga is right up your alley if you’re a fan of King Diamond.
