May is National Mental Health Awareness Month and we spoke with Dr. Neil Brahmbhatt from Gundersen Lutheran.
He is the department chair of behavioral health and a psychiatrist at Gundersen, and he joined us to talk about mental health.
We discussed men’s reluctance to seek mental health help, using technology to help with our mental health, and the importance of the National Suicide Hotline.
