The Lizzie Borden house in Massachusetts is bed & breakfast with a museum.
You can also rent a room at the Christmas Story house in Cleveland. Hell, you can even stay at the Bumpus house next door!
There are MANY other spots to rest your head if you’re weary…and now, you could be snoozing at the bottom of a well in Buffalo Bill’s house from “Silence of the Lambs”.
In case you were unaware, the house they used in the movie is located just outside of Pittsburgh and was recently sold, and the new owner is planning to turn it into a bed & breakfast.
Obviously, the underground lair stuff wasn’t actually in the house, but apparently, the new owner is an art director & prop stylist, so he’s looking to recreate the well in the basement to give fans the full experience.
