I’m a BIG fan of doing less. I’ve got super friends who seem to do nothing but workout. They’re constantly running or lifting or swimming or doing yoga or whatever. Six, seven, eight hours a day.
Blech. No thanks!
I’ll take a six-hour binge on the couch over that any day.

The World Health Organization (WHO) says 150 to 300 minutes of moderate intensity exercise a week, or 70 to 100 minutes of vigorous exercise a week, is enough to lower the risks of sedentary behavior. That’s about 30 minutes a day!!!
