I get up at 3am every day during the week. My wife gets up sometime after 7am.
Most nights, I go to bed before she does, and she’ll crash in the guest bedroom until I get up and then she’ll make her way to the master bedroom for the rest of the night.
It’s a system that’s worked for the last 7-8 years of our relationship.
But if it was something we had to deal with when we were renting & didn’t have a spare bedroom……???????
We might not have made it.
According to a new survey, 3 out of 5 people would break off a “new” relationship if the person wasn’t “sleep compatible” with them.
And that’s not just the hours you sleep…we’re talking room temp(which might be more important than the hours of the day that you sleep), snoring, ambient background noise, etc.
Would you dump someone in a ‘new’ relationship over different sleep habits?
