After losing her husband, Don, to cancer in September 2017, Jennie was diagnosed with normal pressure hydrocephalus in March of 2019. This disease interferes with Jennie’s mobility and memory. A month later, Jennie was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer.
After a hospital stay due to an infection, Jennie has now completed radiation & chemotherapy treatments.
However, Jennie’s insurance hasn’t covered all of her medical bills, and with a fixed income, her prescription and medical costs are mounting.
There will be a benefit for Jennie on Saturday, October 26th at All Star Lanes in La Crosse from noon until 5pm.
There will be food, a bake sale, a Chinese raffle, a silent auction, a 50/50 and more!
