Chris Wruck, who lives in and serves as a Dispatcher in Merillian has had IgA nephropathy (also known as Berger’s disease, is a kidney disease that occurs when an antibody called immunoglobulin A (IgA) lodges in your kidneys) since he was a child and is in need of a kidney transplant (as of 4/19/18 he’s at 19% kidney function), which he has scheduled for in August.
