Three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend – RIVERFEST edition!

The weekend is here & so is Riverfest! Looks like the weather is going to cooperate most of the weekend, and other than my Rock Stop on Saturday at Sloopy’s, I definitely plan to head to Riverside Park a few times this weekend to catch some of the action.

Here’s a few highlights from this year’s Riverfest schedule:

Tonight, get down there early, grab a bite to eat & an ice cold beer & get ready for Sellout! on the north stage from 6-8pm!

Sellout! plays some of your favorite rock & country covers from the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s!

Find more info here.

On Saturday, get to the park for some early lunch & stick around for in-ring action from the talented wrestlers of River City Championship Wrestling! The action kicks off at noon on Saturday, and they’ll also be wrestling at 2:30pm & 6pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & Monday! Find all the info here.

And in case you missed the big news, RCCW is bringing the one & only Ric “The Nature Boy” Flair to Champions Riverside Resort in October & you can buy tickets for that event here.

On Saturday night, get your dancin’ shoes on for Boogie & the Yo-Yoz on the main stage at Riverfest from 9pm until midnight!

They’ve been performing since the mid-90’s and they play ALL of your favorite songs. Pop, rock, country, and more!

Find more info here.

On #SundayFunday, get back to the park for all the things!!!! There’s food, beers, music, and the incredibly talented River City Water Skiers!

They’ve been entertaining the crowds at Riverfest for over 30 years & they’ll be doing it again this year on Sunday at 6pm, and again on Monday the 4th at 2pm & 6pm.

As always, there’s a bunch of other events happening in the area this weekend and you can find many of them online at AroundRiverCity.com

And if you’ve got an event coming up that you’d like to see featured on AroundRiverCity.com, you can submit it for free here.
