Three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend.

58° for a high today? YIKES!

Don’t care. Just got my new Harley, and I’m going to be riding all damn day. Also planning a quick jaunt to Milwaukee for Saturday’s Brewer game….and the post-game concert featuring Vanilla Ice, Rob Base, & Naughty by Nature!

Hopefully, I can get the Ice-Man to sign my dollar again.

So, while I’m out of town most of the weekend, if you’re going to be kicking it here in La Crosse and you’re looking for something to do, here’s a few suggestions:

Today, you can score lunch or dinner at the Pearl St. Brewery & help raise money to benefit the La Crosse community through the “Sprout for Kids Foundation” with their Chicken-Q from 11am until 7pm!

Tickets are just $10 at the Pearl St. Brewery or buy them online here.

Food cooked by Pogy’s Catering!

More info here.

On Saturday morning, the 24th Annual Walk MS event is happening at the La Crosse Center to raise money & awareness for the fight against Multiple Sclerosis.

You’ll be able to check-in/register starting at 9am, and the walk begins at 10am.

You can register online here, or click here for more info.

Saturday night, it’s a full night of racing at the La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway, featuring NASCAR Late Models and Sportsmen. Plus, the Hornets are in action, and you’ll be able to enjoy the 6 Shooters & the Mini-Vans!

Plus, get there early with the kids for rides in a race car!

Fan gates open at 5pm, qualifying starts at 6pm, and racing gets underway at 7pm.

Tickets are $16 for adults, $8 for students, $4 for kids aged 6-11, and kids under 5 are FREE!

Buy tickets at the gate or online here.

Get all the info here.

On #SundayFunday, get to the tiki bar at Moxie’s for some great food, beverages, & live tunes from Brian Beard!

He’ll be playing solo on the patio from 3-6pm!

Find all the info here.

As always, there’s a bunch of other events happening in our area this weekend, and you can find many of them online at AroundRiverCity.com

And if you’ve got an event coming up that you’d like to see featured on AroundRiverCity.com, you can submit it for free here.
