My birthday is Sunday, and even though I don’t have a big party planned, I’m definitely going to be drinking some beers this weekend! As the weather continues to heat up, there’s more & more stuff happening in our area and here’s a few suggestions for this weekend:
Tonight!!!! Get to the Onalaska Omni Center for “Driftless After Dark“, featuring live music from the Driftless River Band, beer & wine from Lost Island Wine/Skeleton Crew Brew, and more!
The Driftless Outdoor Show is happening today & tomorrow at the Omni Center, and the Driftless After Dark event runs from 7-10pm tonight. It’s only $5 to get in, and that includes two free sample drinks.

On Saturday, it’s Big Bikes for Little Tikes! Our annual ride through the Coulee Region for one family in need.
This year, we’re riding for Rhett Carroll from Harmony, MN. Rhett was diagnosed with an extremely rare, childhood tumor last August and has been battling ever since.
You can read Rhett’s story here. And you can register online for Big Bikes until noon today(Friday, May 13th) here. On Saturday morning, we’ll be at Great River Harley-Davidson starting at 9am and you can also register in-person there.
The ride will take us through the Coulee Region and end up at the Onalaska American Legion, where we’ll have brats from Bubba’s Meats, and a few ice-cold beverages. Plus, we’ll be giving away some prizes, and unveiling the bike for the 95 Days of Summer!

On #SundayFunday, get your ass to Nick’s Bar in Barre Mills for the Eckelberg Family Racing Fundraiser & Cornhole Tournament!
Registration starts at 10:30am and bags fly at 11:30am. It’s just $20 per team with a double-elimination format.
There will be free food & beer(while it lasts), shots, tip boards, a Chinese raffle, gun raffles, & more!
