Three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend

Why can’t Monday’s weather be this weekend’s weather? Seriously!

Whatever the weekend brings, I know I’m going to be drinking some beer & grilling some meat at some point.

If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, here’s a few suggestions:

TONIGHT! Get to the Cavalier Theater in downtown La Crosse for some foot-stompin’ tunes from Them Coulee Boys with Luke Callen & Knee-High July!

This is a rescheduled show, and if you’ve still got your tickets from the canceled NYE show, they’ll be good at the door. If you DON’T have tickets, you can buy them online or grab them at the door!

Speaking of doors, they open at 7pm, and music starts at 8pm. More info here.

On Saturday morning, get ready for riding season at Great River Harley-Davidson with their Spring block party!

Check out the new & used bikes, grab some gear, enjoy a brat or burger, and register to win some door prizes!

Store opens at 11am, and you can find more info here.

Saturday night, if you’re looking for more live music, take the trip to historic and beautiful Leo & Leona’s to check out Dead Amsterdam & Spaceheaters!

Doors open at 7pm and music starts at 8pm. $10 cover. More info here.

On #SundayFunday, before you head out for some bloodys & beers, make sure you get a good base with the pancake & omelet breakfast at the Cathedral of St. Joseph the Workman on Main St. in La Crosse!

Breakfast is served from 7:30am until noon in the Cathedral undercroft. It’s just $4 for a pancake breakfast, $5 for an omelet breakfast, or $12 to feed the family! Proceeds from this fundraiser will go to Cathedral Elementary School projects.

The public is welcome, and you can find more info here.

As always, there’s plenty of other events happening in our area this weekend and you can find many of them online at AroundRiverCity.com.

And if you’ve got an event coming up that you’d like to see featured on AroundRiverCity.com, you can submit it for free here.
