Three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend.

If you’re looking to get out of the house & have some fun, here’s a few suggestions:

Ladies and gentleman, boys & girls, children of all ages….the RCCW is BACK at the Roy L. Vingers American Legion Post 52 tonight for “Broken Hearts & Broken Bones VI“!!!!

Check out some amazing local wrestling action from River City Championship Wrestling at the Legion here in La Crosse starting at 7pm. Tickets are available online or at the door!

More info here.

On Saturday, I’ll be at the La Crosse Center for the “La Crosse Winter Roots Festival“!

Doors open at 2pm for VIP & 3pm for GA, and you can enjoy some incredible food from a bunch of great, local restaurants. Beers & cocktails from some incredible local breweries & distilleries. And of course, some amazing music from the area’s best musicians, including Dan Sebranek, TUGG, Greg Hall & the Wrecking Ball, Reed Grimm, The Remainders & national touring act, “Trippin’ Billies

Tickets are just $25 at the door or buy them online here for $20 in advance.

There’s also going to be a Driftless Maker’s Exchange featuring over twenty local artists & makers.

A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Hunger Task Force of La Crosse, who will be hosting a silent auction during the event. Attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for the HTF.

Check out our interview with Jay from the La Crosse Center & Amy from La Crosse Local:

On #SuperBowlSundayFunday, get to David Reay’s in Onlaska for a bloody mary & a shot at some great prizes!

They’ve got some great breakfast items on the menu, and every time you buy a drink made with spirits from the La Crosse Distilling Co., you’ll have a chance to win!

As always, there’s plenty more events happening in our area, and you can find MANY of them online at AroundRiverCity.com. And if you’ve got an event coming up that you’d like to see on AroundRiverCity.com, you can submit it for free here.
