Being a hockey fan, ice skating has a special place in my heart. So if you and/or your family are looking to get out and hit this ice, you should know that Chad Erickson Ice Rink in Riverside Park is still open.
I believe the rink is open every day so long as the park is open, and weather permits. So if you have your own skates, feel free to stop by anytime. But all the extra amenities like the warming house and free skate rental, and even free hot chocolate, are only available at certain times.
