I’ve always been a big fan of Rockstar Games, and they really knocked it out of the park with Read Dead Redemption 2. There probably isn’t much I can tell you about this title that you don’t already know. It’s been out for a few years now, and became instantly famous.
One thing I will say is, if you haven’t played it in a while, it’s worth picking up and playing again. The free, online portion of the game has been steadily adding content, some of which found itself in the main game. So even if online stuff isn’t your thing, there are new items to be found, and horses to be rode.
I would strongly suggest checking out the online version though. This is a great time to try it if you haven’t yet. There are different roles to be played, including a trader, a bounty hunter, and a moonshiner. Each role adding even more cool gadgets and gear. It’s definitely fun to immerse yourself in your own personal cowboy fantasies. Hell, who wouldn’t wanna ride the dusty trail looking for outlaws to bring to justice?
This game truly is a work of art. So if it’s a game you haven’t played in a while, this is your reminder to pick it back up and come back to this beautiful world. If you’ve never played it, I simply do not know what you’re doing with your life.
