Three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend!

I have so many friggin’ plans this weekend!

Wife & I are going on a double date with Puck & his lovely wife tonight, got some shit to do around the house tomorrow before checking out Gravity Box Brewing in Mauston, and a trip to the City Meat Market in New Albin at some point.

If you’ve got nothing planned and don’t feel like following me around this weekend, here’s a few ideas!

Tonight, get your butt up to Mount La Crosse for LIVE music from David Nash in the St. Bernard Room!

David Nash plays a mix of acoustic originals and covers and his most recent album, “The Chase” on Spotify, YouTube, and iTunes!

On Saturday, it’s going to be in the mid 50’s for the first time in FOREVER, so get out and have some fun at Petticoat Junction on OT in Onalaska for their first ever “Petticoat Spring Derby

A fishing tournament, volleyball tourney, snowshoe races, prizes, giveaways & more! Plus, $2 Keystone Light cans all day.

If you’re looking for some live tunes on Saturday night, check out former Rock Calendar girl Abbey Lane LIVE at Bottoms Up on the Nort’ Side of LaX, starting at 9pm.

On Sunday, you better wake up famished, because the Trempealeau Fire Department is holding it’s annual drive-thru chicken-Q from 9am – 1pm.

Get a 1/2 Gold’N Plump chicken with potato salad, corn, a dinner roll & a pickle spear for just $10!

Or, grab a brat for just $3 or a brat dinner for $5.

Proceeds will be used to purchase firefighter turnout gear, which helps keep firefighters safe during structure fires, car accidents, and all other requests for assistance.

As always, there’s PLENTY of other events going on in the Coulee Region & you can find many of them at AroundRiverCity.com.

If you have an event coming up and you DON’T see it at AroundRiverCity.com, you can submit it for free here!
