Yup. Your dentist can tell if you’ve been doing some certain mouth-based activities thanks to a specific spot in your mouth.
Apparently, there can be some bruising on the soft palate up there that is a dead giveaway.
One dentist said, “….your secret is safe with us….”
However, if they suspect there’s been abuse, they might have to get involved.
