Three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend!

Holy shit, it’s a week until Christmas!!!!

Did you get the tree? Wrap the presents? Have you bought a smoked ham or prime rib?

Amidst all the shopping & holiday insanity, take some time to relax and enjoy the weekend, because there’s PLENTY of things going on in the area, and here’s three of them:

Later on tonight, from 8:30pm until 10:30pm, you can enjoy the incredibly talented Tonic Sol Fa performing all sorts of holiday classics in their “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” virtual tour special!

It’s a “pay what you can” event with a suggested price of $25 per family, and a portion of the ticket sales will benefit Children’s Music Fund.

You can buy your virtual tickets here.

On Saturday, there’s a LOT of stuff going on, including a drive-thru event at Champions Riverside Resort in Galesville called “Making Spirits Bright“.

They’ve teamed up with Jake’s Network of Hope, The Gilbert Brown Foundation, Wisconsin Campers, Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, and Good360 to provide free toys, books, and games for families in need this holiday season. There will also be a pancake breakfast for the whole family.

Pre-registration is required by emailing the ages & genders of your children along with an email & phone number of the adult contact to: coordinator@seversonandassociates.com

On Sunday, get your butt down to Vernon Vineyards in Viroqua for some great local wine & live music from Scott Wilcox!

It’s their last day open in 2020, and they’ll have specials on their remaining t-shirts, $10 bottles of Frontenac Blanc, Brianna North Fork, and Marquette. Plus, $15 bottles of Bad Axe River Sweet!

Scott Wilcox will play from 1-4pm

As always, there’s a BUNCH of other events happening in our area all weekend long, and you can find many of them online at AroundRiverCity.com.

You can also submit your own events here.
