Due to Covid 19, social distancing rules and regulations will be followed to allow for a safe music festival. The purpose of “Who Gives A Fest” is twofold, the festival hopes to fill the void of live music in La Crosse, WI in the hopes of giving the local entertainment industry artists a chance to showcase themselves; while raising money for the Sprout for Kids Foundation to help area bars and restaurants affected by the Covid 19 shutdown. Funds will also be shared with Punk Rock Saves Lives who focus their work on Human Rights, Equal Rights, Health Concerns, and more.
