9% of people nap EVERY day…and they’re happier & more productive than everyone else.

I nap a LOT. Not every day, but as much as I possibly can.
My favorite kind of naps are the ones where you just randomly fall asleep on the couch or in your chair while watching TV or playing on your phone.
Don’t get me wrong, I also enjoy the planned naps. The ones where I turn the fan on, grab a blanket or curl up with the pooch for an intended snooze.
But those random ones are hard to beat.
According to some pseudo-science, people who nap a LOT are also more productive & happier.
I definitely consider myself to be more productive…but definitely not a happier person because of my naps.
