June 8th of 2015.
The day I found out about Shaw’s Bacon intake.
I had zero idea that such a person existed. In my life, I’ve always opened a pound of Bacon, cooked it, ate the appropriate amount, and maybe had a few slices left over for a BLT or something.
But not Shaw.
This guy opened a pound of Bacon. Cooked four strips. Put the rest of the uncooked Bacon back in the fridge. And STILL had leftover Bacon.
I don’t know if I’ve every been more surprised in my life.
