Another week in the books and it seems like we might get into the upper 70’s by Sunday!

Maybe I’ll get some yard work done today & tomorrow before the rain moves in on Saturday night so I can do some outdoor drinkin’ on Sunday in the backyard.

On the show this morning, Doc joined us with a voicemail just after 8am. He wasn’t going to be in a cell-friendly spot, so he pre-recorded his racing report thanks to County Materials in Holmen & Eau Claire.

In the news, the latest on the Artemis II which should be landing sometime this evening in the Pacific Ocean, the member of that Tennessee school board who said some creepy stuff to a female student gets censured, Natasha Lyonne gets escorted off a plane, and speaking of planes…a flight out of Nantucket had to make an emergency landing after part of the cabin door blew off!

In sports, the Brewers are back at home tonight for the first of three against the Nats, the Bucks play their final home game of the season tonight against the Nets, an update on the Masters leaderboard, the Badgers beat North Dakota yesterday to advance to the NCAA Men’s hockey championship game on Saturday, and the latest City-Connect uniforms are out and the Brewers’ unis cover the entire state of Wisconsin.

We let you know what’s on TV this weekend and what’s new in theaters. Also talked about another Fortnite collaboration, and Taylor Momsen getting bit AGAIN while on tour with AC/DC.

Had some science stuff on the show today, including a new way to fight fires, another possible weight-loss solution, a warning about Microsoft’s A.I., and solar collars to help farmers with their herds.

In other animal-related news, an uplifting story about a Betta fish that just needed a good home to flourish, and a one-eyed beaver who’s helping to teach people about supporting ecosystems and boosting biodiversity.

Elsewhere in sports, the NFL is being investigated for subscription fees, another hockey player is proving that they are just built differently than the average human, and a very unique give-away at an upcoming White Sox game.
