Three things to do in & Around River City this weekend.

How is it already Christmas? Where did the time go???

If you’ve got all your holiday shopping, cooking, and wrapping done, then congrats to you. If you’re like me, you’ve still got a few things left to finish up before you’re ready for Christmas.

This weekend, the wife & I will be in Eau Claire for the 715 Christmas at the Brewing Projekt on Saturday. Looking forward to all the festive music, drinks, shopping & more!

If you’re looking for something to do in the La Crosse area this weekend, here’s a few suggestions:

FRIDAY & SATURDAY – THE FINAL WEEKEND OF THE SPARTA KRISKINDLMARKT

The annual Kriskindlmarkt in Sparta has one weekend left to check out their festive shopping experience with 34 huts featuring local crafters & vendors, a bunch of unique food booths selling all sorts of goodies, and live entertainment to enjoy.

We went a couple of weekends ago and picked up more than a few things for the holidays, and enjoyed a couple of beers while doing our shopping.

Don’t miss out on your last opportunity to check out this fantastic regional event before it shuts down until next year.

SATURDAY NIGHT – BRYCE THOMASCHEFSKY @ THE HATCHERY

It’s got everything you need! The beautiful Hatchery Riverside Lounge in Riverside Park with the glow of the Rotary Lights in the background. Seasonal craft cocktails along with a roust beer & wine selection. Incredible food from the Monkey Business food truck. And the amazingly talented Bryce Thomaschefsky playing all sorts of tunes in the lounge from 6pm until 9pm!

The Hatchery Lounge opens at 4pm, so get there early for a cocktail & to claim some prime real estate for the show! Bryce plays from 6pm until 9pm and the Rotary Lights will be on & available for viewing until at least 10pm.
