Three things to do in & Around River City this weekend.
These cooler temps are just what the doctor ordered.
I seriously cannot function when it’s in the 90’s or above. Gimme some temps in the 70’s and even into the low 80’s and I’ll be okay. But anything hotter than that and my brain refuses to function.
Thankfully, it’s going to be really nice this weekend as I plan on being outside for a lot of it.
Got some Rock Stops to do(find the full list here), and a couple of other fun things planned.
If you’re looking for something to do in the Coulee Region this weekend, here’s a few suggestions:

SUNDAY – LA CROSSE LOGGERS GIVE BACK NIGHT @ COPELAND PARK

The La Crosse Loggers already clinched their spot in the Northwoods League playoffs by beating the Badlands Big Sticks back on June 29th and I’m very excited to see some post-season baseball at the Lumberyard!
Wife & I were going to try and go to the game last Sunday, but it was just too damn hot. So we’re going this Sunday and we won’t be alone!
It’s the Northern Hills PTO “Give Back” game this Sunday with 50% of the proceeds from tickets purchased going back to the NH PTO.
To purchase these special tickets that give back to the Northern Hills PTO, click here.
You can choose your ticket to be $12 with $6 going back to your organizaiton, or an $18 ticket with a hot dog and fountain beverage and $9 going back to your organization. If you purchase an $18 ticket with the food add on, you will need to pick up a voucher from the Fan Experience Booth inside the main gates of Copeland Park.
