Science determines your ideal “body count”

Back to work on a steamy Monday. Looking at high temps around 90° today. Thankfully, some thunderstorms move in later this week & cool things off a bit.

In the news this morning, some Pope stuff…including the video of him at the World Series a few years ago, and a restaurant in Chicago that has a new “Pope” sandwich on their menu. Plus, this year’s inductees to the Video Game Hall of Fame, a deal between the US & China on tariffs, a drowning in Wausau, and a guy who stole a bunch of catalytic converters.

In sports, the Brewers managed to get one win against the Rays this weekend, a recap of yesterday’s NBA & NHL playoff action, Kyle Larson dominating at Kansas, and a look ahead to tonight’s NBA & NHL schedules.

Elsewhere in sports, legendary ECW wrestler “Sabu” passed away this weekend, Jose Aldo announced his retirement, and a cool Mother’s Day gift for an MLB mom yesterday.

We let you know what’s on the TV tonight and talked about another news analyst who fainted during a live broadcast.

Plus, a cool story about a mom & her son who both graduated from the same college. And did you see the maternity ward in Green Bay that is full of pregnant nurses?

If you’ve ever wondered why your food seems to taste better after a couple of cocktails, there’s apparently some science behind that.

A recent poll asked people what the ideal “body count” is for a person to have.

And in today’s edition of “Bad News with Happy Music”, we had stories about a naked man biting a dog, a Pizza Hut that was storing some of it’s stuff in a bathroom, a guy who assaulted a kid with his lightsaber, a road-rage incident in #Florida that ended in a shooting, and a woman who divorced her husband because of ChatGPT.
