Three things to do in & Around River City this weekend.
I got my ham, potatoes, deviled eggs, shrimp cocktail, and of course…the beers. I’m ready for Easter dinner with the family this weekend.
But first, gotta get the house clean. That’s on the agenda tomorrow morning. Also have a family gathering tomorrow afternoon in Holmen before we host the holiday meal at our place on Sunday.
Plus, our puppy is getting her spay stitches out today, and she’s itching to run around in the backyard. I’m definitely looking forward to taking a break from trying to keep her from being too active.

FRIDAY – 4/20 ON FRONT STREET: A REALLY GOOD FRIDAY @ THE LA CROSSE CENTER

The 4th Annual “420 on Front Street” celebration is today from 4-8pm at the La Crosse Center in downtown La Crosse.
Carbon Cannabis, Sensi, and Stacks Family Farms are teaming up again for a night to celebrate the plant, break the stigma, and connect with good people.
The first 420 guests to arrive get a FREE edible to kick start the night.
This year, it’s a Casino Night to the La Crosse Center! For just a $10 buy-in you will receive $500 in CannaCash to try your luck at blackjack or roulette. SATURDAY – 3RD ANNUAL ONALASKA COMMUNITY EGG-STRAVAGANZA @ THE ONALASKA HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL FIELD

There’s a TON of Easter egg hunts & brunches in the area this weekend, obviously. You can check out AroundRiverCity.com to see a list of several others.
The 3rd Annual Onalaska Community Egg-Stravaganza is on Saturday from 12:30pm until 3:30pm on the Onalaska High School football field and is free to the entire community…and will also help support the Onalaska School district food pantry.
This is open to everyone in the community and free to participate. There will be door prizes, vendors and food trucks!
They will also be collecting money and canned goods supporting the Onalaska School District Food Pantry. However, a donation is not required to participate in the fun!
Event Schedule
12:30pm: Gates Open to visit vendors, food trucks and enter in to win drawings.
1:00pm: The Egg Hunts begin. The second and third hunts will begin immediately after the conclusion of the hunt before.
Age Groups: Ages 0-4, Ages 5-7 and Ages 8-10.
Door prize drawings will be between the Easter Egg Hunts while our volunteers reset boundaries and spread out even more eggs! Door prizes will include gift cards and donated baskets by local businesses.
Food trucks, vendors and games will all be open until 3:30.

SATURDAY NIGHT – STAND UP COMEDY WITH KEVIN BOZEMAN @ THE PEARL ST. BREWERY

Yuck it up on Easter eve at the Pearl St. Brewery as Kevin Bozeman hits the main stage!
Doors for comedy at the PSB open at 6pm and the show begins at 7pm. This event is 21+ and seats are limited! Buy your tickets online here.
