Scooter’s Pep Rally Benefit

A few years ago, Scott noticed muscular weakness and started having issues with balance. After numerous tests and falls, he was diagnosed with Multiple Systems Atrophy (MSA) at the Mayo Clinic in the Fall of 2021.

MSA is a rare, terminal, degenerative neurological disorder that slowly takes away one’s ability to walk, talk, swallow, and breathe. Unfortunately, the condition progresses gradually and eventually leads to a challenging outcome.

Scott transitioned from a vibrant banking career to retirement on disability within a short period. His balance and mobility have become so challenging that he needs a power wheelchair for safety and independence at home.

There will be a benefit for Scott on Saturday, October 21st from 11am until 5pm at R&R’s First & Last Chance in Black River Falls.

There will be food, beverages, raffles, and more!

This benefit will help Scott & his wife, Kris, purchase the power wheelchair he needs.
