Three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend.

Dude. Mid 40’s on Sunday.

I have sooooo much dog shit in my backyard that needs to get scooped up. It’s gross.

That’s definitely happening this weekend at some point.

And if you wanna come over & help, I won’t say “no”. But, if you’re looking for something a bit more fun to do over the next few days, here’s a couple suggestions.

Tonight, get your duff up the bluff and check out some live tunes from the extremely talented Mike McAbee! He plays from 7-10pm at the Alpine Inn, and there’s no cover charge.

I recommend the Pizza burger & some dill pickle chips from the menu. They’re both FAN-SCHMABULOUS(as Puck would say)

During the early hours on Saturday, get to the Kunes RV Open House/Midwest RV show & take a look at the incredible line-up of campers & RVs!

The Open House runs all weekend, and they’ve got free food, giveaways, and can offer financing if you’re looking to buy!

Saturday night, join me at the Pearl St. Brewery for the 23rd Annual Winter “Disco” Ball!

Bust out your bell bottoms & polyester suits for a night of beers, food, music, and more!

Doors open at 5pm with DJ Gomez kicking things off. Monkey Business food truck will be there serving up some incredible food(I suggest the CBR Me with a basket of their glorious seasoned fries), and the Lonesome Losers will take the stage around 5:30pm.

There will be specialty beers to try all night, and they’ll have wines from Turismo Winery & Fermentations. If beer & wine aren’t your thing, they’ve also got a line of hard ciders from Hoch Orchards in La Crescent.

The live music will wrap up with local favorites, “The Spaceheaters” starting at about 8pm. Tickets for this event are just $20 and can be purchased online or at the door!

I’ll be your emcee for the evening, so let’s drink some great beers and boogie!

On #SundayFunday, grab a bloody & a seat at Features in West Salem at the 29th Annual Eckelberg Family Racing Daytona 500 smoker!

Tickets for this event are just $5 and include free beer & food during the race(while it lasts), and you’ll have a shot at prizes, raffles, and more!

The party starts at 12:30pm and the Daytona 500 will start at 1:30pm. Get all the info here.

As always, there’s a ton of other events happening in our area this weekend & you can find many of them online at AroundRiverCity.com.

And if you’ve got an event coming up that you’d like to see featured on AroundRiverCity.com, you can submit your event for free here.
