Three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend!

It’s gonna be cold. It’s gonna snow. And we’re less than two weeks from Thanksgiving! I have to finish putting the lights & Christmas decorations up, and if it dries out at some point this weekend, I’ve got another round of leaves to rake & dispose of.

If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, here’s a few suggestions:

TONIGHT!!!!! I’ll see you at the Cavalier Theater for some live music from the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus with special guests, Dead Rabbits & Astoria State.

This is an ALL AGES show & doors are at 6pm. Tickets are just $25 and can be purchased online or at the door.

As I always say…..Buy the tickets. Go to the show. Live life.

On Saturday, get your chores done & run your errands…then get to All Star Lanes for the 10th Annual B.A.C.A.(Bikers Against Child Abuse) soup cook-off!

They’ll have a bunch of different soups you can try & vote for, and if you’d like to enter a soup, you can email EventCoordinator@br-wi.bacaworld.org or call 888-806-5437!

There’s going to be face painting for the kids, a silent auction, and entertainment from Mike MacAbbe!

The event runs from noon until 4pm & you can find more info here.

If you’re looking for some holiday fun on Saturday night, get to the Muse Theater on Avon St. here in La Crosse for the Great American Trailer Park Christmas Musical!

The show starts at 7pm and tickets range from $25-30. You can buy them online or at the door, and if the show on Saturday night is sold out, there’s another weekend of shows next weekend!

Find more info here.

On #SundayFunday, wake up hungry & get your ass to the American Legion Post 51 in West Salem for their All-You-Can-Eat breakfast from 8am until 11am!

Enjoy some pancakes, eggs, Bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, potatoes, made-to-order french toast, waffles, and more!

More info here.

As always, there’s a BUNCH of other events happening in our area this weekend & you can find many of them online at AroundRiverCity.com.

And if you’ve got an event coming up that you’d like to see on AroundRiverCity.com, submit it for free here.
