Three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend.

Only two weeks left until Christmas! If you’re heading out to do some shopping this weekend, please remember to shop local! $68 of every $100 you spend locally stays in our community!

Now, if you’re looking for something fun to do this weekend, there’s NO shortage of things happening, and as always, you can find many of them online at AroundRiverCity.com.

On Friday night, you can enjoy the UWL Theater Department‘s performance of “It’s a Wonderful Life: A Radio Play

Tickets are available here and are $6 for UWL students; $16 for senior citizens/non-UWL students; and $18 for adults.

After you purchase your virtual ticket, you’ll have 24 hours to enjoy the performance!

On Saturday, there’s a bunch of things happening, including the Winter Farmer’s Market here in La Crosse, a concealed-carry class at the Chaseburg Rod & Gun club, and the “Kris Kringle Market” at Elmaro Vineyard!

There’s also some live music around the area, but if you’re looking for something festive while you’re enjoying some eggnog at home, check out the “Miracle on 34th St.” radio play from the La Crosse Community Theater on our sister station, WIZM.

It begins at 6pm and can be heard on 1410AM, 92.3FM, on the WIZM app, or online at WIZMnews.com!

On Sunday, the La Crosse Chamber of Commerce & Downtown Mainstreet are once again asking you to participate in “Shop Small Sunday”

As always, there’s many other events happening in the area and you can find a lot of them online at AroundRiverCity.com.

You can even upload your own event here!
