Michelle Heffernan Schwartzhoff has been battling MS for the last 25 years. She has recently been accepted to participate in a cutting-edge clinical trial that can potentially reverse some of her symptoms and help others like her. She will be going to California in September to partake in the StemGenex Adult Adipose Clinical Study for Multiple Sclerosis to help cure or to stop the progression of MS. It as a potentially life changing therapy, but it is not covered by insurance and it is very expensive.
There will be a benefit for Michelle at Goodfellas in Waukon, IA on Saturday, August 22nd from 2pm-10pm.
There will be a garage sale, food, music and a silent auction!
