Harper was born in April of 2012 with the inability to make facial expressions (he cannot smile, frown, or blink). Along with this, he cannot suck or swallow which requires him to have a trach to secure a safe airway and a g-tube for his nutrition needs. Harper also suffered a stroke before his birth which has left him with visual and hearing impairments and less control over the left side of his body.
There will be a benefit for Harper and his family on Sunday, June 30th at the Onalaska American Legion starting at 11am.
There will be raffles, yard Olympics, bags tournament, band, bake sale, and a silent auction.
