Chuck Herbst is 27 years old and has stage IV Melanoma, diagnosed last August. He has had three major surgeries and has tried some new cancer treatments, but nothing has helped yet. He is currently going through chemotherapy at Mayo in Rochester.
To help pay for his rising medical bills, a benefit for Chuck will be held on Saturday, September 10th from noon until 6pm at the Duct Tape Lodge, N551 Ten Mile Circle in La Crosse.
There will be food and beverages, inflatables for the kids along with hayrides.
$10 cover for adults, and kids get in for free.
There will be a couple of auctions with some great items, including a 12 person pheasant hunt, Badger tickets, a tv, restaurant gift cards, golfing gift cards, Packer items and lots of other great items.
