Rod Vaningan has recently been diagnosed with Stage 3 Pancreatic Cancer. He has undergone surgery and will need to begin chemotherapy. Rod has battled cancer once before, overcoming Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
Rod and his wife Marlene operate Riverbend Golf Course in North Bend, Wisconsin. This rally is to help Rod and his family offset the ever-increasing medical expenses as they continue to fight this disease.
The rally will be on Saturday, October 23rd at Riverbend Golf Course, starting with a 4 person, 9 hole “Big Cup” golf tournament. Call the Riverbend Golf Course to set up tee times. 608-488-7291
Cost is $30 per person and includes green fees, cart, entry into hole events, and a meal. Food available starting at noon. There will be raffles, food and beer all day long and drawings for prizes and raffles will begin at 6:30. Non-golfers encouraged to join the fun!
