Kylie Sears, now 3, was born with a tethered spinal cord. Which has now caused her to have bladder and bowel problems. Kylie has undergone 5 major surgeries to detach the spinal cord and attempt to fix her bowels, bladder, and kidney functions. She has also had multiple outpatient procedures while under anesthesia. They recently found out that she will never have full control of her bowels or bladder functions. They are now consulting with several specialists about Kylie’s kidneys which are not growing properly and any other damage there may be.
Kylie’s family is holding a benefit on Saturday, October 16th from noon until 4pm at the Roger Marten Community Center in Mondovi, WI.
There will be a chicken or ham dinner for $6 per plate/ $3.00 per plate for children under 5…There will also be a silent auction, live auction and bake sale.
