In 2007, Dora Walleser was diagnosed with colon cancer. A tumor was removed and Walleser underwent preventative chemotherapy. However, in April of this year she was informed the cancer was back.
This December the Wallesers will celebrate 19 years together and they now have three children, Natasha (15), Ethan (12) and Michelle (8).
A benefit event is being planned for Saturday, October 16 for the Walleser family at TJ’s Banquet Center in Lansing.
The benefit will start at 2pm with a silent auction, bake sale, gun raffles, live auction at 4:00, pork dinner, and music in the evening. All proceeds will go toward the cost of medical bills.
